About the curator

"I appreciate an individual approach and focus on finding and developing the strengths of each student."

★ Graduated from the Ufa School of Arts with a degree in painter and teacher

★ During my studies, I worked as a freelance artist, created a series of illustrations for the book "It's like this in the village...", collaborated with the Artwall studio on graphics for videos and movies

★ After graduation, I worked as a teacher in an art school. At the same time, I taught drawing, painting, and composition to students at the Krasnoznamensky City College (Moscow region)

What do you get inspired by?

I draw inspiration from many sources — everything that surrounds me in reality gives me ideas for new works. But other artists have also had a big influence on me: Piotr Jabłoński, Sergey Kolesov, Ruprecht von Kaufmann, and Nicolas Uribe.

What do you like to draw the most?

Basically, I engage in digital painting, I love to look for new forms, unusual textures, and color combinations. In my works, I focus on an interesting image, creating an atmosphere, and conveying emotions.

What does a cool learning outcome mean to you as a teacher?

A cool learning outcome for me is, first of all, a qualitative skill growth. When you compare the works before/after and really see the progress.

I appreciate an individual approach and focus on the search and development of each student's strengths. It is also important to me that students enjoy the learning process and love what they do. When a student's eyes light up from new knowledge, it's very inspiring.
