CONTRACT — OFFER OF COMPENSATED SERVICES (as of 16.10.2025)
  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document is an offer to any individuals aged 18 or over to enter into a contract for the provision of compensated services with the Individual Entrepreneur Nurgaleyev Azat Mansurovich (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) on the terms set out below. 1.2. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code), if the terms set out below are accepted, the person making the acceptance of this offer becomes the Customer. In this regard, please read the text of this public offer carefully. If you do not agree with any clause of the offer, the Contractor suggests that you refuse to use the services. 1.3. To accept the offer, the Customer must select a service from the list of services provided on the website https://skillsupschool.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website), and make a full or partial prepayment, if the possibility of partial prepayment follows from the description of the service on the Website. 1.4. Full payment for the service on the Website or making a prepayment mean full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this offer and the conclusion of a contract by the Customer with the Contractor on the terms set out below. 1.5. This Agreement, when performed, is also considered as an Act on the provision of services. Acceptance of the services provided is made by the Customer without signing the corresponding act. 1.6. The Contractor reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Offer without prior notice to the Customer, publishing these changes on the Website. 1.7. The Contractor and the Customer provide mutual guarantees of their legal capacity and capacity necessary for the conclusion and execution of this Agreement.  
  1. DEFINITIONS AND TERMS
2.1. For the purposes of this Offer, the following terms are used in the following meanings: Offer — this is a public Offer-Contract for the provision of compensated services to the Customer. Website — the site https://skillsupschool.ru, which hosts this Offer. Services — the Services provided by the Contractor, the content and conditions of which are given on the Website, which the Customer intends to receive. Acceptance of the Offer — full and unconditional acceptance of this public Offer by taking actions to receive the Service and make payment for it. Customer — a person who has accepted this Offer on the terms set out in it. Agreement — this is an Agreement between the Customer and the Contractor for the provision of Services, which is concluded by accepting this Offer. 2.2. Service package — a set including several services (from two to six services), for the one-time purchase of several services in the package — a discount is provided. The amount of the discount varies depending on the number of services included in the package. The final price for the service is indicated on the website https://skillsupschool.ru. A discount is provided to the Customer provided that all services included in the Service Package are completed. 2.3. Profession — a set including several services (from five to six services), for the one-time purchase of several services — a discount is provided. The amount of the discount varies depending on the number of services included in the profession. The final price for the service is indicated on the website https://skillsupschool.ru. A discount is provided to the Customer provided that all services included in the Profession are completed.    
  1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The subject of this Offer is the provision to the Customer of information and advisory services aimed at developing his artistic skills in accordance with the description selected by the Customer from the list on the Website.
  1. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES.
4.1. The cost of the service and the payment procedure are indicated on the Website. Prices may change at the discretion of the Contractor. 4.2. The Customer undertakes to pay for the services provided in the amount and within the terms provided for in this Agreement. Confirmation of the order by e-mail does not constitute confirmation of payment or the fact of concluding an agreement if payment has not been made. 4.3. Payment for Services is made on prepayment terms by transferring funds from the Customer to the Contractor's current account, also using the Yandex Pay service or by depositing cash into the Contractor's cashier. 4.4. The Customer has the right to use the offers of third parties posted on the Website to pay for the service in installments. All obligations for installment payments arise between the Customer and the specified third parties. For the purposes of this Agreement, only the amount of money actually paid to the Contractor by the Customer is taken into account. 4.5. When purchasing a Service Package or Profession, a discount is provided to the Customer. The discount is provided only if all the services included in the Service Package and/or Profession are completed. 4.6. Access to the service is provided by the Contractor after receiving payment (the full amount or part of it) from the Customer, while: with a lump sum payment or payment in installments — payment is made before the service is provided. With installment payments — the first part of the amount is due before the service is provided, the second and subsequent parts are due monthly: 2nd part — no later than 30 calendar days after payment of the first part. 3rd part — no later than 60 calendar days after payment of the first part. 4th part — no later than 90 calendar days after payment of the first part. 5th part — no later than 120 calendar days after payment of the first part. 6th part — no later than 150 calendar days after payment of the first part. In case of violation of payment terms by the Customer, the Contractor has the right to stop providing the service. In case of violation of payment terms by the Customer, the discount (if any) for the service is canceled, the Customer undertakes to pay the full cost of the service without taking into account the discount in effect at the time of receipt of the service. 4.7. Services are provided in the premises of the Contractor or online (using the Internet). The format and other conditions for the provision of the service are indicated in the description of the service on the Website. 4.8. To fulfill its obligations, the Contractor has the right to involve any third parties without prior agreement with the Customer. The Contractor is responsible for their actions as for his own.
  1. RETURN
5.1. In case the Customer refuses the agreement before the service is provided (including when purchasing a Service Package and/or Profession and/or a set of services): a) if the Customer makes a partial prepayment – the Contractor returns the amount of the partial prepayment made; b) if the Customer makes full payment - the Contractor returns the entire amount of the payment made. 5.2. Meetings with the curator (online or offline) missed at the Customer's initiative are considered to have been attended by the Customer; refunds for missed meetings with the curator at the Customer's initiative are not subject to refund. 5.3. When calculating the cost of the refund, the service provided is considered to be the service for which a place was provided to the Customer (a place was assigned to the Customer) and the provision of the service was completed on the date of the application for refund. 5.4. The Customer has the right to refuse the agreement at any time during the provision of the service. The calculation of the refund is made on the date of receipt of the application for refund. The amount of money to be returned to the Customer is calculated depending on the chosen service: 5.5. For a single service that the client receives in an asynchronous format, the refund is calculated using the following formula: A = P - (P / T * N), where A is the amount of money to be returned to the Customer P is the prepayment/payment for the service made by the Customer T is the total number of service days N is the number of days of service provided at the time of filing the application for early termination of the agreement. 5.6. For a single service in the following formats: semester offline, semester online and online, the refund is calculated using the following formula: A = P - (P / T * N), where A is the amount of money to be returned to the Customer P is the prepayment/payment for the service made by the Customer T is the total number of scheduled meetings N is the number of meetings held at the time of filing the application for early termination of the agreement. 5.7. For a single service in the following formats: independent online (including annual access), online viewer and online viewer semester, the refund is calculated using the following formula: A = P - (P / T * N), where A is the amount of money to be returned to the Customer P is the prepayment/payment for the service made by the Customer T is the total number of service days N is the number of days of service provided at the time of filing the application for early termination of the agreement. 5.8. The refund for a set of services, a Service Package and/or a Profession after the start of receiving the service is calculated for each service separately, based on the format of its receipt. In this case, if part of the unused services is returned, the cost of the services already provided is calculated at the full cost of the service valid at the time of receipt of the application for refund, without taking into account the discount previously provided (promotions, package or profession, as well as seasonal discounts). I=Z-А1-А2-А3-А4-А5-А6, where I is the amount of money to be returned to the Customer Z is the payment made by the Customer for the Service Package or Profession A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6 are the amounts of money to be returned to the Customer for each individual service 5.9. The amount of money to be returned to the Customer is calculated using the following formula: 5.9.1. For a service that the client receives in an asynchronous format, the refund is calculated using the following formula: A = P - (B / T * N), where A is the amount of money to be returned to the Customer P is the payment for the service made by the Customer B is the full cost of the service at the time of receiving the refund without taking into account any discounts T is the total number of service days N is the number of days of service provided at the time of filing the application for early termination of the agreement. 5.9.2. For all other formats of providing a single service, the refund is calculated using the following formula: A = P - (B / T * N), where A is the amount of money to be returned to the Customer P is the payment for the service made by the Customer B is the full cost of the service at the time of receiving the refund without taking into account any discounts T is the total number of scheduled meetings N is the number of meetings held at the time of filing the application for early termination of the agreement. 5.10. The replacement of the purchased service when purchasing a Service Package or Profession is made as follows: 5.10.1. If the replacement is made for a service with an equal cost - no additional payment is made by the Customer; 5.10.2. If the replacement is made for a service whose cost is higher - the Customer undertakes to make an additional payment for the difference in cost. In this case, the cost of the service being replaced is calculated at the price of the price list at the time of receiving the application for replacement of the service, without taking into account discounts applied when purchasing the Service Package or Profession, using the following formula: D = F - О, where D is the amount of money to be paid to the Contractor О is the payment made by the Customer for the service being replaced. F is the cost of the new service at the price list (without discount) on the date of replacement. 5.10.3. If the replacement is made for a service whose cost is lower - the Contractor undertakes to return the difference in cost (the refund can be left on the client's deposit). In this case, the cost of the service being replaced is calculated at the price list at the time of receiving the application for replacement of the service, without taking into account discounts applied when purchasing the Service Package or Profession using the following formula: D = О - V, where D is the amount of money to be returned to the Customer. О is the payment made by the Customer for the service being replaced. V is the cost of the new service at the price list (without discount) on the date of replacement. 5.11. Refusal of one or more purchased services in a Service Package or Profession (partial refund) is made as follows: If the application for partial refund is submitted before the service is provided or during the provision of the service, the Contractor undertakes to return to the Customer the amount of unspent funds, while all services provided at the time of receiving the partial refund, or planned to be received in the future, are considered to be provided at full cost valid at the time of receiving the application for partial refund (without taking into account any discounts). The calculation of the amount to be refunded is made according to clauses 5.7 and 5.8. of the Agreement. 5.12. The terms of payment for services and the terms and calculation of their refund may be changed by the Contractor when conducting "special offers" and "promotions". In this case, the Contractor undertakes to issue an Appendix to the Offer Agreement describing the terms of receiving the service. 5.13. The date of termination of the Agreement at the Customer's initiative is the date the Contractor receives the application for unilateral refusal of the agreement. Refunds for unused services are made from the date of termination of the Agreement. 5.14. The application for unilateral refusal of the agreement must be in writing and sent to the Contractor by e-mail or by Russian Post. The Contractor undertakes to return the funds to him within 30 (thirty) days in the amount provided for in this Agreement. The application for unilateral refusal of the agreement must contain the Customer's bank details. 5.15. The service is considered to be fully provided and the funds are not subject to refund in the following cases: * if the service period has ended and no application for unilateral refusal of the agreement and refund of funds has been received from the Customer during the service period, * the service is considered to be fully provided by the Contractor if the Customer is provided with the entire volume of materials and tasks provided for by the service. 5.16. Subject to the terms of refund of amounts to the Customer provided for in the Agreement, interest on them is not charged. 5.17. If the Customer violates the terms of payment for services, the Contractor has the right to suspend the provision of services or to refuse to perform the agreement unilaterally out of court. 5.18. In case of impossibility of providing services due to the fault of the Customer, the Contractor's services are subject to payment in full (clause 2 of Article 781 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). 6.1. The Contractor is obliged to provide services in accordance with the description posted on the Website. 6.2. Access to information materials for the Customer is provided for the following period:
  • 1 year from the start of the service - online semester format, online, offline, online viewer, online viewer semester.
  • 3 years from the start of the service - asynchronous online format, independent online.
6.3. When the Customer purchases a Service Package and/or a Profession, access is provided for each service included in the package or profession separately and the period for granting access is calculated from the start of the service. 6.4. When purchasing a Service Package and/or a Profession, the Customer undertakes to receive the purchased services within the following period:

Package Master of the Drawing 18 months
Package Junior 2D Artist 15 months
Package From Zero to Figure 26 months
Package Figure Drawing 21 month
Package Junior 3D Artist 13 months
Package 2D for Beginners 10 months
Package Junior Artist for Beginners 18 months
6.5. The period for receiving services of the Service Package and/or Profession is calculated from the purchase date. 6.6. If the Customer violates clause 6.4, the discount provided when purchasing the Service Package and/or Profession is canceled. Services not received during the period specified in clause 6.4 can be received by the Customer later, subject to additional payment up to the full cost valid at the time of registration (without taking into account discounts applied when purchasing the Service Package or Profession). 6.7. In case of cancellation of the meeting at the Contractor's initiative, the Contractor undertakes to reschedule it to a different time, or to return to the Customer the funds for the canceled meeting in the amount of its cost. In case of cancellation of the meeting, the Contractor undertakes to inform the Customer about this no later than 1 (one) day before the scheduled date of its holding. 6.8. In case of providing a service in an online format, the Customer provides himself with everything necessary for connection (software, devices for accessing the Internet, stable Internet connection, etc.). The necessary Technical requirements are set out on the Website. 6.9. The Customer is obliged to attend all meetings and complete tasks in a timely manner. The Contractor provides the Customer with the opportunity to attend meetings, and is considered to have properly fulfilled his obligations in case of skipping these meetings by the Customer. 6.10. The Contractor has the right to conduct audio and video recordings of meetings in order to monitor attendance and the quality of service provision. 6.11. The Contractor has the right to use any personal and other data provided by the Customer when filling out the application on the Website for the purpose of sending him information and advertising materials. By leaving an application on the Website, the Customer gives his consent to the processing of his personal data for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement. 6.12. The Parties undertake to fulfill this Agreement properly and are liable for its failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment, as provided for in this Agreement and current legislation. 6.13. The service is considered to be fully provided by the Contractor if the Customer is provided with the entire volume of materials and tasks provided for by the service. 6.14. If no complaints are received within 3 (three) working days after the provision of the service, the Contractor's services are considered to be accepted in full without any comments. 6.15. The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement if this non-fulfillment was the result of force majeure circumstances that arose after the conclusion of the Agreement as a result of events of an emergency nature that the Parties could not either foresee or prevent by reasonable measures. Force majeure circumstances include events that the Parties cannot influence and for which they are not responsible, for example: natural disasters, emergency events of a social nature (war, riots, etc.), government decrees or orders of state bodies that make it impossible to hold classes.
  1. CERTIFICATE
7.1. After providing the service in the following formats: asynchronous online, online, online semester, a graduation certificate is issued subject to one of the following conditions: a) the Customer has fully paid for the service, has mastered 70% or more of the material, completed all tasks and received feedback from the curator. b) the Customer has fully paid for the service, passed and defended the final work. 7.2. The Customer has the right to pay for additional meetings with the curator, attend them and receive a certificate. 7.3. If all tasks are not completed on time, the Customer has the right to submit the missing tasks to the Contractor within 10 (ten) working days from the date of the last meeting. 7.4. When receiving a service in the following formats: independent online (including annual access), online viewer and online viewer semester - certificates are not issued. 7.5. The Contractor, at the Customer's choice, sends it to him by e-mail or delivers it personally. 7.6. In case of any changes in personal data necessary for issuing a certificate, the Customer undertakes to inform about this no later than within 2 (two) days from the date of the last meeting with the curator.
  1. COPYRIGHT
 8.1. The customer is informed that all materials provided by the Contractor (including programs, video recordings, written assignments and demonstration materials) are protected by copyright. The customer undertakes not to transfer or distribute the specified materials, not to use them for profit. 8.2. The customer is informed that according to Art. 1301 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, in case of violation of their rights to intellectual property objects, the Contractor has the right to demand compensation in the amount of 10 thousand to 5 million rubles, determined at the discretion of the court based on the nature of the violation. 8.3. The customer agrees that the Contractor has the right to post any of the works performed by them on their website or other information resources for advertising or any other purposes (including the Contractor's right to use the works performed when preparing materials for the provision of services). In this case, the Contractor indicates the customer as the author of the work. 8.4. The customer undertakes not to reproduce, not to repeat, not to copy, not to sell, and not to use in any way information and materials that have become available to them in connection with the provision of Services, except for personal use directly by the customer without providing access to any third parties in any form.
  1. OTHER CONDITIONS
 9.1. The parties agreed that all legally significant communications can be transmitted by them by e-mail. At the same time, the e-mail address to which messages should be sent to the Contractor is: sale@skillsupschool.ru and zabota@skillsupschool.ru. The e-mail address to which messages should be sent to the customer is the address specified by them when filling out the application on the website. 9.2. The parties undertake to inform each other within a reasonable time about changes in the phone number and email address. 9.3. The relationship between the parties not regulated by this agreement is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 9.4. The customer undertakes to independently track the placement of the Offer Agreement, track the appearance of information about the Actions (applications to the Agreement), and also undertakes to track changes in the Agreement. 9.5. All disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through claim procedure. The period for consideration of the claim is 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt. 9.6. In case of impossibility to settle disagreements through claim procedure, the dispute is submitted to the court. All disputes are considered on the territory of the Russian Federation, at the location of the Contractor (including when the customer is located outside Russia). Action condition — purchase of several services at the same time (at least 2 (two)) with a discount of 20 to 35%, depending on the number of services in the package. Additional discount of 20% to 35% does not apply to the packages proposed by the Contractor participating in the action (Package "2D Artist", Package "3D Artist", Package "LITE", Package "Anatomy"). The customer undertakes to sign up:
  • for services provided in the "Offline" format (in St. Petersburg and/or Moscow) no later than 08/31/2022
  • There are no restrictions on signing up for the "Online" format.
  • The customer undertakes to fully receive the service (online/offline format) no later than 12/31/2023
 Additional conditions:   Discounts are not combined with other promotions and do not apply to previously booked services.   Discounts on offline services in Moscow and St. Petersburg are valid for the period "September 2022 - January 2023"   The Contractor has the right to refuse the Customer the provision of services purchased during the Action if the purchased services do not suit the Customer in terms, upon approval of the portfolio by the curator. In this case, the Contractor is obliged to recommend to the Customer the passage of a more suitable service, which does not exceed the cost previously paid by the Customer, taking into account the discount provided (in percentage terms).   The Customer has the right to replace the purchased service with another one during the period from 06/17/2022 to 12/31/2023 before starting to receive the service, provided that the cost of the service does not exceed the cost of the service being replaced, taking into account the discount received by the Customer (in percentage terms). Other conditions are regulated by the agreement-offer for paid services. Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement - offer for paid services "Action "Beta-test of Asynchronous Format"" dated 10/24/2022 Main conditions of "Action "Beta-test of Asynchronous Format"" Action period: from 10/28/2022 to 12/12/2022 Action participant (Customer): any capable individual aged 18 years or over. Action conditions: purchase of a service (one or more) for beta-testing a new Asynchronous (individual) format with a discount of 20 to 47%, depending on the service purchased. The customer undertakes to decide on the time to start receiving the service no later than 12/11/2022 Service period (asynchronous online format) until 04/25/2023 inclusive. Additional conditions: * Additional discounts on services purchased under the "Action "Beta-test of Asynchronous Format"" are not provided. * Discounts are not combined with other promotions and do not apply to previously purchased services.  The Contractor has the right to refuse the Customer the provision of services purchased during the Action if the purchased services do not suit the Customer in terms, upon approval of the portfolio by the curator. In this case, the Contractor is obliged to recommend to the Customer the passage of a more suitable service, which does not exceed the cost previously paid by the Customer, taking into account the discount provided (in percentage terms). The Customer has the right to replace the purchased service with another one similar to the one participating in the "Beta-test of Asynchronous Format" action before starting to receive the service during the period from 10/28/2022 to 12/10/2022, provided that the cost of the service does not exceed the cost of the service being replaced, taking into account the discount received by the Customer (in percentage terms). If the cost exceeds the payment made, the Customer pays the difference in cost. Conditions for termination of the contract: 1) The Customer has the right to unilaterally refuse the contract out of court at any time during the term of the contract. 2) The number of places is limited. Upon payment of an advance payment\payment, the Contractor undertakes to book a place for the Customer. In case the Customer refuses the contract before the start of the service, the Customer undertakes to pay the Contractor for the booking of the place: * in case of partial prepayment — in the amount of the partial prepayment made, but not more than 5,000 (five thousand) rubles; * in case of full prepayment — in the amount of 15% (fifteen percent) of the amount of the full prepayment. 3) The amount of money to be refunded to the Customer, in case the Customer initiates a refund after the start of receiving the service, is calculated using the following formula: A = P - (P / T * N), where A - the amount of money to be refunded to the Customer P - the prepayment made by the Customer T - the total number of planned tasks N - the number of tasks sent for verification that are part of the program at the time of filing an application for early termination of the contract Other conditions are regulated by the agreement-offer for paid services. Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement - offer for paid services Action "BLACK FRIDAY 2022" dated 11/15/2022 Main conditions of "Action "BLACK FRIDAY 2022"" Action period: from 06:00 am on 11/25/2022 to 11:59 pm on 11/25/2022 Action participant (Customer): any capable individual aged 18 years or over. Action conditions: Purchase of one or more services with a discount of 10% to 45%, depending on the number of services purchased. Discounts of 10% to 45% do not apply to the packages of services formed by the Contractor (Package "2D Artist", Package "3D Artist", Package "LITE", Package "Master of Drawing"). Payment under the "BLACK FRIDAY 2022" promotion is made on the official website https://skillsupschool.ru/salespack/ Payment options: a) 100% payment b) Installment from Skills Up School 50%/50% (the first payment of 50% of the order amount is paid before 11:59 pm on 11/25/2022, the second part of 50% of the amount is contributed by the Customer no later than 11:59 pm on 12/26/2022). c) Installment from Partner Banks (application submitted no later than 11:59 pm on 11/25/2022). Other payment options, incl. offset by funds paid to the Contractor earlier is impossible. Promocodes apply to the first payment. Clients are solely responsible for the correct entry of promocodes. To purchase services above the Basic level, it is necessary to coordinate the portfolio with a personal manager. Based on the results of the consideration of the portfolio, the Contractor reserves the right to refer the Customer to another service or level. The customer undertakes to sign up for the purchased services (online/offline format) no later than 10/31/2023 The discount on purchased services is valid until 10/31/2023 From 11/01/2023, funds remaining unspent on services purchased under the "BLACK FRIDAY 2022" promotion can be offset towards payment for any service, at full cost, at the time of registration. The discount is provided to the Customer provided that all services purchased during the "BLACK FRIDAY 2022" promotion are completed. Additional conditions:
  1. Discounts are not combined with other promotions and do not apply to previously booked services, except for promocodes provided by the Contractor.
  2. The discount for continuing the "BLACK FRIDAY 2022" promotion is not valid.
  3. The Contractor has the right to refuse the Customer the passage of the purchased service during the Action if the service does not suit the Customer in terms, upon approval of the portfolio. In this case, the Contractor is obliged to recommend to the Customer the passage of a more suitable service.
Conditions for termination of the contract:
  1. The Customer has the right to unilaterally refuse the contract out of court at any time during the provision of the service.
  2. The calculation of the refund of funds is made on the date of receipt of the refund application. Meetings missed at the initiative of the Customer are counted as passed by the Customer.
  3. When calculating the cost of the refund of the service provided, the service for which a place was provided to the Customer (a place was reserved for the Customer) and the provision of the service ended on the date of receipt of the refund application is considered.
  4. The calculation of the refund of funds under the "BLACK FRIDAY 2022" promotion is carried out as follows:
4.1. If the refund application is submitted before the start of the service, the Contractor undertakes to return to the Customer the full amount of the funds deposited. 4.2. If the refund application is submitted during the provision of the first service of those purchased, the amount of funds to be refunded to the Customer is calculated using the following formula: A = P - (L+(М / T * N)), where A - the amount of money to be refunded to the Customer P - the payment made by the Customer L – The full cost (excluding the discount on the promotion) of all services provided as of the date of the refund application. М - The full cost (excluding the discount on the promotion) of the service that is being provided at the time of the refund application. T - the total number of planned meetings for the service that is being provided at the time of the refund application. N - the number of meetings held (the service that is being provided at the time of the refund application). The calculation of the refund of funds under the "August 2025" promotion is carried out as follows: 5.1. If an application for a refund is submitted before the start of the service purchased under the promotion, the Contractor undertakes to return to the Customer the full amount of the funds deposited. 5.2. If an application for a refund is submitted during the provision of the service purchased under the promotion, when calculating the amount of the refund, the full cost of the service valid on the date of submission of the application for refund is taken into account. Without taking into account the discount provided by the "August 2025" promotion, the amount of funds to be refunded to the Customer is calculated using the following formula: 5.2.1. The refund for a package of services or a profession is calculated for each service separately, based on the format of its receipt according to clause 5.2.1 or 5.2.2. At the same time, when calculating the amount of the refund, the full cost of the package or profession valid on the date of submission of the application for refund is taken into account. Without taking into account the discount provided by the "August 2025" promotion. 5.3. Replacement of the purchased service under the "August 2025" promotion is carried out as follows: 5.3.1. If the replacement is made for a service with an equal cost - no additional payment is made by the Customer; 5.3.2. If the replacement is made for a service whose cost is higher - the Customer undertakes to make an additional payment in the difference in cost. At the same time, the cost of the service being replaced is calculated at the price on the date of receipt of the application for service replacement, without taking into account the discount on the "August 2025" promotion using the following formula: D = N - О, where D is the amount of money to be paid to the Contractor О is the payment made by the Customer for the service being replaced. N is the cost of the new service at the price (without discount) on the date of replacement. 5.3.3. If the replacement is made for a service whose cost is lower - the Contractor undertakes to refund the difference in cost (the refund can be left on the client's deposit). At the same time, the cost of the service being replaced is calculated at the price on the date of receipt of the application for service replacement, without taking into account the discount on the "July 2025" promotion using the following formula: D = О - N, where D is the amount of money to be refunded to the Customer. О is the payment made by the Customer for the service being replaced. N is the cost of the new service at the price (without discount) on the date of replacement. Other conditions are regulated by the contract-offer for paid services. Appendix No. 13 to the Contract-offer for paid services. Promotion "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" from 10/15/2025. Basic terms of the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion Promotion period: 11/04/2025 – 11/30/2025. Promotion participant (Customer): any capable individual aged 18 years or older. The promotion is not an incentive event in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law "On Advertising" N 38-FZ dated 03/13/2006, is not based on risk, is not a lottery and is carried out in accordance with this Agreement. The purpose of the Promotion is to promote the services of the Contractor. Promotion terms: Purchase of one or more services with a discount of 40% to 75%, depending on the quantity and type of services purchased. Discounts are provided for all services. Payment under the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion is made on the official website https://skillsupschool.ru/ Payment options: a) 100% payment b) Skills Up School installment plan 50%/50% (the first payment of 50% of the order amount is paid before 23:59 on 11/30/2025, the second part of 50% of the amount is contributed by the Customer no later than 23:59 on December 30, 2025). c) Installment plan from partner banks (the application is submitted on the official website https://skillsupschool.ru/ no later than 23:59 on November 30, 2025). Other payment options, incl. offset with funds paid earlier and/or payment using cashback is not possible (exception - certificate). If the Customer violates the payment terms, the Contractor has the right to terminate the provision of the service. If the Customer violates the payment terms, the discount for the service is canceled, the Customer undertakes to pay the full cost of the service without taking into account the discount valid at the time of receiving the service. To purchase services above the Basic level, it is necessary to coordinate a portfolio with a personal manager. Based on the results of reviewing the portfolio, the Contractor reserves the right to refer the Customer to another service or level. Discount period for purchased services:
  • For service packages (Master Drawing Package, Junior 2D Artist Package, Junior 3D Artist Package, Junior Artist Package for beginners, Package from scratch to figure, Figure Drawing Package) - until 06/30/2027. The Customer undertakes to sign up for these services until 06/30/2027.
  • For professions 3D Artist, 2D Artist - until 12/31/2027. The Customer undertakes to sign up for these services until 12/31/2027.
  • For other services - until 10/31/2026. The Customer undertakes to sign up for these services until 10/31/2026.
The discount provided under the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion is canceled after the expiration of the specified deadline for receiving services. The Customer undertakes to pay the difference in cost up to the price effective at the time of service. A discount is provided to the Customer on the condition that all services purchased during the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion are completed. In case of refusal to provide services at the Customer's initiative, the services are considered to be provided at full cost (without taking into account the discount) at the time of registration of the return application. Funds remaining unused for services purchased as part of the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion can be offset against the payment of any service at full cost at the time of booking. Additional conditions: 1. Discounts under the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion do not accumulate with other promotions and special offers (during the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion, cashback is not deducted) and do not apply to previously purchased services. 2. The Customer has the right to refuse the contract unilaterally, out of court, at any time of receiving the service. 2. The calculation of the refund of funds is made on the date of receipt of the return application. 3. Meetings with the curator (online or offline) missed at the Customer's initiative are considered to have been completed by the Customer. 4. When calculating the cost of return of the service provided, the service for which the place was provided to the Customer (a place was assigned to the Customer) is considered, and the provision of the service was completed on the date of receipt of the return application. 5. The refund for a package of services or a profession is calculated for each service separately, based on the format of its receipt according to clause 5.2.1 or 5.2.2. 5.3. Replacement of the purchased service under the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion is carried out as follows: 5.3.1. If the replacement is made for a service with an equal cost, no additional payment is made by the Customer; 5.3.2. If the replacement is made for a service whose cost is higher, the Customer undertakes to make an additional payment for the difference in cost. At the same time, the cost of the service being replaced is calculated according to the price list at the time of receipt of the application for service replacement, without taking into account the discount under the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion using the following formula: D = N - О, where D is the amount of money to be paid to the Contractor О is the payment made by the Customer for the service being replaced. N is the cost of the new service according to the price list (without a discount) on the date of replacement. 5.3.3. If the replacement is made for a service whose cost is lower, the Contractor undertakes to refund the difference in cost (the refund can be left on the client's deposit). At the same time, the cost of the service being replaced is calculated according to the price list at the time of receipt of the application for service replacement, without taking into account the discount under the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion using the following formula: D = О - N, where D is the amount of money to be refunded to the Customer. О is the payment made by the Customer for the service being replaced. N is the cost of the new service according to the price list (without a discount) on the date of replacement. 5.4. Refusal of one or more purchased services under the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion (partial return) is carried out as follows: If the application for partial return is submitted before the start of the service or in the process of providing the service, the Contractor undertakes to return to the Customer the amount of unspent funds, while all services provided at the time of partial return, or planned to be received in the future, are considered to be provided at full cost (without taking into account the discount under the "BLACK FRIDAY 2025" promotion). The calculation of the amount to be refunded is made according to clause 5.2.1. (asynchronous format, clause 5.2.2. (other formats), clause 5.2.3. (packages and professions). 6. Other conditions are regulated by the contract-offer for the provision of services.
