My first sketch: Digital painting

from 1 week
Beginner

About the Course

Digital painting is not about a program or a brush. It's about the ability to see the shape, feel the tone and work with a brush stroke so that the work breathes.

In one week, you will go from theory to a finished study. First, let's look at the basics: composition and layout, tone and spots, strokes and touches, heat cooling, and examples of different techniques. Then we go straight to the canvas: we draw a pear, model the volume with a brush stroke and monitor the color temperature.

What You Will Learn

1. Composition and layout: the ability to correctly position an object on a canvas.
2. Tone and spots: understanding tonal relationships as the basis of painting.
3. Smear and touch: lively, confident smear without slickness.
4. Heat-coolness: the ability to monitor the color temperature at work.
5. Shape modeling: how to convey the volume of a simple object with a brush stroke.
6. Finished sketch: a finished work that is not ashamed to show.

It is suitable for those who are already drawing numerically in other directions and want to master the pictorial approach, as well as for those who are just starting out and want to understand whether it is mine or not before investing in a long course.
