What people ask most
The price is fixed in rubles — it is the same price for every country. When you pay with an international card, the charge is made in US dollars at the Central Bank of Russia rate on the day of payment. A euro card works too: your own bank converts euros into dollars at its own rate. We do not have a separate price in euros.
Payment declined, or your method is not listed?
Banks sometimes decline the first attempt on international transactions — trying again or using another card usually helps. If it still fails, write to us and we will find a working method.
